We mobilise Australia-wide, but every project is scoped in the context of its region. Before an operating plan is finalised we map the regional labour market, the Traditional Owner groups connected to the project area, and the businesses that could supply it. That map shapes the roster and the supply chain.
The point isn’t to import one model into six states. It’s to run the same standard using as much of each region as the region can supply.
