Village Operations

For large workforce villages.

A village is a small town that has to work every day. Several hundred people come off shift within the same ninety minutes, and every one of them judges the operation by the food, the room and the laundry.

When it works, nobody mentions it. When it doesn't, it shows up in retention and incidents.

Ngurra runs villages as the accountable operator: a named site manager, a trained crew, defined standards, and reporting you can see without asking.

Field & Drilling Operations

For dispersed crews and drilling campaigns.

Field crews don't eat at a set time or come back to one place. Campaigns move. Shutdown crews run opposing shifts.

Gas field operations spread across hundreds of kilometres. One dining hall and two service windows fails all three.

We build the service around the roster: food delivered where the crew is, at the hour they're free, at village quality.

A crew coming off night shift at 6am doesn't want breakfast that closed at 5.30. Meals delivered at the wrong hour get thrown out. That shows up as cost on your report and as a morale problem on your site.

Management-only or turnkey. For campaigns that move, turnkey with relocatable camps is usually faster.

Remote Meal Packs

For small crews and short jobs.

Chef-prepared meals produced in our own licensed kitchen and delivered ready to reheat. Village-quality food on projects too small or too short for a kitchen team.

Management-only

You or your accommodation partner hold the camp. We supply the people, systems and standards to run it. Best for established camps and sustaining operations.

Turnkey

We coordinate accommodation, infrastructure and mobilisation through qualified partners, then run daily operations. One contract, one accountable operator. Best for new starts, expansions and shorter-cycle work.

Hybrid

Hold some of it yourself and we'll price the gap.
