Mining operations run on continuity. A remote camp that slips on food, sleep or hygiene is felt on the shift roster within days, and workforce turnover follows soon after. Ngurra operates client-owned camps or coordinates turnkey accommodation through verified partners, and takes accountability for the daily service — catering, housekeeping, front-of-house, waste and reporting.
Our approach adapts to the operational rhythm of mining, from long-cycle sustaining camps through to shutdowns where roster peaks and menu demand change week to week. Local and Indigenous participation pathways are designed into the operating plan, not bolted on after mobilisation.

Renewables construction is defined by ramp-up. Workforce numbers move sharply through mobilisation, peak civils and electrical works, and demobilisation, and the accommodation and hospitality environment has to keep pace without dropping standards.
Ngurra scopes the operating plan around the construction schedule, coordinates accommodation and infrastructure on an asset-light basis where required, and designs local participation and community engagement into the delivery model.
